Beach nourishment over time

Beach profile changes: initial nourishment, within one year, after two to five years, and renourishment after about five years.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU CAN SEE

Cleaner waters. Stronger shores.

Explore the benefits

Targeted sand placement can support beach restoration after storms. Removing sediment from drainage channels can restore flow where buildup restricts capacity. RoboDredger is designed to collect sediment directly at the bottom and pump it away; performance depends on material and site conditions.

Developed for Florida coastal communities

RoboDredger is being developed for beach nourishment, coastal restoration and inland dredging, with an initial focus on South Florida.

Potential municipal applications include coastal and inland waters in Surfside, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Other applications include navigation channel deepening, underwater cable and pipeline trenching, sand extraction, marsh drainage, and lake and canal restoration.
